Well, i got some stuff from them the other day (new stuff in my sig), just wish i could have thrown the $95 Xox's way, but alas.

Anywho, got some coolant and the accompanying UV dye bomb (coolant comes clear, you mix your own colors), squirted an entire syringe into the coolant bottle and got the resulting color mix in my machine.

Two days later, my coolant is totally clear....

No leaks, no evidence of it going anywhere, but gone! (the pic i sent them)

:o :? :o

2 full dye bombs in just the system....

So, i looked around for a number to call, ended up opening a support ticket. Next day or so, i get an email telling me they are sending some more dye bombs out and sorry for the trouble. So, im thinking ok, thats cool. Well i get the package yesterday, and there are 3 dye bombs, AND some UV anti-kink coils to boot!

So, when you cant get it at Xox, try to support these guys. The prices are fairly good for what ive seen, and i looked to see if i could save some money, but for $2 or $3 it wasnt worth it, so i got it all here.

Any explanation as to why the color disappeared from the beginning?

No, no clue why it did that, I can only think there was something in the rad that soaked it up.
